Project ManagerSenior Project Manager Heath Care

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager you will lead the successful delivery of complex healthcare projects and programs acting as the primary interface between clients consultants contractors and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for an experienced project professional with a passion for delivering healthcare environments that support exceptional patient care operational excellence and future healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver healthcare projects acting as the key client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders consultants contractors and clinical teams.
• Manage project planning design procurement construction commissioning and handover.
• Monitor project scope timelines budgets risks and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet operational and patient care needs.
• Manage contracts vendors and consultants to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Contribute to client development and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Degree qualification in Project Management Construction Engineering Architecture or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years project management experience within healthcare hospitals aged care life sciences or complex infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and commissioning.
• Proven experience managing budgets risks contracts and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility requirements compliance standards and operational environments is highly regarded.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with MS Project or Primavera is advantageous.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills.
• Client-focused proactive and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes.
