Project Manager Structures

As a Project Manager youll oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale roading and infrastructure projects typically involving multiple work fronts complex staging and high-profile stakeholders.

Youll take full ownership of programme safety quality and commercial performance including budget management cost control forecasting and contract administration while leading a sizeable project team and acting as the primary face of the project to our clients partners and key stakeholders.

Your capability will be comfortable medium to large scale ($50m projects).

Your experience will be resonate with the following:

• Project Delivery & Planning Lead end-to-end delivery ensuring coordinated compliant programmes and methodologies.

• Site Management & Operations Manage day-to-day site activities to deliver safe high-quality work that meets programme HSE and environmental requirements.

• Client Liaison & Stakeholder Management Own client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication proactive issue resolution and effective management of programme scope and constraints.

• Budget Control & Commercial Management Own project financials driving budgeting cost control procurement and contract management to protect and grow margin.

• Leadership & Team Culture Lead and develop the team fostering accountability high performance and a collaborative culture focused on safety quality and delivery. (Zero Harm Goal)

You will have:

• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering

• Have 10 years experience in civil infrastructure

• Proven ability to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale civil infrastructure projects valued ($50m)

• Strong commercial ability including cost control and programming you work within budget and you have proven success with positive commercial outcomes

• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams heavy plant operations and complex budgets with precision and accountability

• Strong track record of fostering a culture of safety quality and environmental excellence across all project phases
