Project Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our team supporting the day-to-day operations and projects across Australia and New Zealand. As a part of the PMO team you will work directly with project managements to provide full project administration support and support resource planning.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide comprehensive project support services to Project Managers to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
- Provide support to Project Managers with invoicing and debtor follow up timesheet monitoring to ensure timely completion expense claims against billable projects and other support duties as appropriate.
- Populate and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure go/no-go signed proposals and contracts purchase orders and variations are executed and recorded on project files.
- Support resource planning ensuring accurate data is maintained across all projects within Project Admin Portfolio.
- Prepare reports and record minutes relating to project progress reviews activities and deliverables through CRM and other relevant systems
- Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications :
To be successful in this opportunity you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting technical digital addition you will also have:
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia or New Zealand.
- Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience supporting projects within professional services or consultancy ideally.
- Exposure to project management methodologies.
- Sound IT skills with working knowledge advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational prioritisation and time management skills.
- Sound Commercial Acumen
