Production Operator

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment where youll be responsible for operating corrugator machinery maintaining product quality and keeping production running efficiently. What Youll Be Doing

• Safely operate corrugator equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Monitor machine performance product quality and production flow throughout your shift
• Assist with machine set-ups order changes production changeovers and line preparation
• Complete production checks quality documentation shift reports and operational records accurately
• Pack stack and move finished cardboard products safely and efficiently
• Perform routine operator maintenance including cleaning inspections lubrication and housekeeping
• Identify and report equipment faults abnormal machine conditions or safety concerns
• Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean organised work environment
• Work closely with your team to consistently achieve production and quality targets

What Youll Bring

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20kg)
• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check and pre-employment drug screening

Hours & Shifts

Monday to Friday

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2:20 PM 10:20 PM

Overtime is available following training including weekends and extended weekday hours.
