Are you passionate about supporting Pasifika people and creating positive change in your community
Lifewise is seeking a Pasifika Disability Outcomes Coach to empower Pasifika disabled people their aiga families and carers to achieve their goals and live good this rewarding role youll build trusted community relationships support people to access and self-manage disability funding and champion the Enabling Good Lives principles of choice control and inclusion.
What Youll Do
- Build relationships with Pasifika communities churches and organisations.
- Support Pasifika disabled people and their families and carers to access Individualised Funding (IF) and disability supports.
- Coach people to confidently manage their funding and achieve their goals.
- Promote Lifewise services and increase community awareness and referrals.
- Represent Lifewise at community events and fono.
What Youll Bring
- Strong knowledge of Pasifika cultures values and communities.
- Fluency in at least one Pacific language.
- Experience in disability health social services or community support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for empowering people and strengthening communities.
- Full NZ Driver Licence.

The Details
Based in Grafton Auckland
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday with some flexibility for community events outside normal hours.
