Job Summary

The Health Services Operations Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence across Health Services and Patient Transfer Services within a defined geographical area. Reporting to the National Operations Manager Patient Transfer Services the role ensures strategic goals and contractual obligations are met through strong leadership stakeholder engagement resource management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The manager leads and supports staff performance and development oversees roster planning and service delivery fosters collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners and contributes to business continuity planning. The position also plays a key role in embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and promoting health safety and wellbeing initiatives.
