Weve had an exciting opportunity open up in our team as an Operations Lead AML & Onboarding. This role is located in our Wellington or Auckland offices where youll enjoy a varied role responsible for leading AML and onboarding workflows guiding a team to deliver efficient compliant and seamless customer experiences and ensuring Sharesies meets its regulatory AML/CFT obligations across New Zealand and Australia.

- has AML & Regulatory expertise including deep knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring serving as a subject matter expert across NZ and AU regulatory environments.
- is an exceptional communicator and collaborative leader skilled at driving continuous operational improvement in a fast-paced environment
- has a proven track record of scaling and automating onboarding workflows translating objectives into clear plans while balancing compliance with a epic customer experience
- is adaptable to change and is motivated by our vision and purpose
