As a Logistics Specialist youll support our Telecommunications operations by ensuring equipment materials and consumables are available when and where theyre needed.

Working within a small Wellington-based team youll coordinate stock movements warehouse activities and logistics administration. Youll work closely with field teams technicians suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

Youll enjoy:

• Managing inbound and outbound stock including receipting picking packing and dispatch
• Processing purchase orders and inventory requests accurately and on time
• Maintaining inventory records and supporting stocktakes and audits
• Coordinating equipment material and consigned stock movements and returns
• Building strong relationships with field teams suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Improving logistics processes while maintaining a safe organised warehouse

Were looking for a practical and systems-focused logistics professional who enjoys delivering reliable service and keeping operations organised.

Ideally youll have:

• Experience in logistics warehousing inventory management or stock control
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Strong planning communication and attention to detail
• A current full New Zealand driver licence
• A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
