Logistics Administrator Auckland Winery

The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build their experience and develop within a global supply chain environment.
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager in the Logistics Administrator role you will support the Auckland Winery logistics team across production procurement and shipping activities. A key focus of the role will be processing production and logistics tasks accurately supporting order fulfilment coordinating shipments and providing administrative support across global supply chain operations.
About you
Previous administration experience ideally within a supply chain corporate or operational environment
Strong computer skills particularly in Excel Word and PowerPoint
Confident learning new systems and technology
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive hands-on team player
Clear and confident communication skills
Motivated to learn and continuously improve
