Laundry Assistant

Mō te tūranga About the Role

Our community is looking for an efficient Laundry Assistant with an eye for detail to work at least 50 hours per fortnight across Monday - Sunday. You will have a set roster of 7 shifts per fortnight with every second weekend off.  You will contribute to the quality of life of our residents by providing an excellent standard of laundry services for our community - including facility and resident laundry requirements.

Our Laundry Assistants are part of a wider team including housekeepers kitchen maintenance and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications :

• Experience in a commercial laundry or similar setting
• High standard of diligence and care
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team where we respect residents and each other
• Honesty and integrity
• High energy physical fitness and enthusiasm
• Ability to work rostered shits including weekends and nights
