Job Summary

Foundations retaining and landscaping are their core areas of business in the residential and commercial sectors. However their multi-talented team is full of hard-working individuals with skills in many areas: concrete laying carpentry landscaping logistics drainage sales project management and business management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Site preparation and excavation.
- Concrete formwork pouring finishing and exposed aggregate.
- Paving edging and retaining wall construction.
- Turf laying planting mulching and garden bed installation.
- Installation of drainage and irrigation systems.
- Fence decking and small landscape structure installation.
- Operation of excavators skid steers compactors and other landscaping equipment.
- Maintaining a safe clean worksite and following WHS requirements.
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Hard and soft landscape construction on high-end residential projects (construction not maintenance)
- Reading and working from landscape construction plans site levels and contours
- Operating hand-held and mechanical equipment
- Working as part of a tight crew or unsupervised when needed always to industry safety standards
What youll need
- Clean valid drivers licence
- Solid construction skills and equipment experience
- Physical fitness - this is a hands-on role with heavy lifting working outdoors in all conditions (sun heat and rain)
Bonus points for
- Building experience
- Truck licence
- Excavator experience
- Machinery experience (Kanga Dingo excavator)
- Previous horticulture industry experience
