Hāpaitia Shared Services is seeking an experienced ITOperations Analyst to support reliable secure and responsive ICT servicesacross Hāpaitia and the eight Industry SkillsBoards (ISBs).

About the role

In this roleyou will coordinate day-to-day ICT operations administer Microsoft 365 Entra ID access and deviceservices and help ensure onboarding offboarding and escalated issues arecompleted accurately and on time.

You will work closely with users businesssystem owners and external providersto resolve incidents monitor service trends improve documentation andstrengthen practical ICT support across multiple organisations.

What youll be doing

• Coordinate ICT operations service desk priorities andescalated incidents through to resolution
• Administer Microsoft365 Entra ID user groupsmailboxes access and licences
• Support Intune-managed devices compliance patching and the device lifecycle
• Manageonboarding and offboarding for staff and contractors including accounts devices and permissions
• Work with systemowners and providers to support businessapplications and vendor tickets
• Improve support processes technical documentationreporting and repeatable tasks

What were looking for

Essential

• Relevant IT qualification industry certification or equivalent practical experience
• At least four years experience in ICT supportsystems support or IT operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Entra ID and user access management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across devices cloudservices applications and connectivity
• Experience managing incidentsand requests through an IT service management platform
• Clear communicationcustomer focus and the abilityto prioritise and workwith vendors

Desirable

• Experience with Intune endpoint complianceExchange Online SharePoint administrationautomation security controls Dynamics 365 Power BI or other businessapplications
