We are Eil Global a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Site Locations: 48 Shortland Street Auckland

1010 New Zealand

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

Engineers should be skilled in:

DC support

Racking & Stacking

Cabling Fibre cabling

Implementation and Configuration

SLA : 16/7 NBD (Onboarded engineers should be available during business hours and out of business hours to attend P1P2P3 tickets Mon-Saturday)

Each onboarded tech will undergo BGV done by the customer once the BGV is initiated engineer to make sure he/she remains for a minimum period of 6 months

Once the engineers are onboarded:

There will be online training every month to be completed during site visit/remotely. BGV verification will be there

Other Dispatch Projects:

Exp in handling desktop/network issues

Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems

Install patches

Software and Hardware Break Fix

Well versed IT engineer

Basics of Wi-Fi

Basics of networks LAN WAN Switch and Router Configuration

Install and administer MS Office

Business English with local language

Data center support Racking and stacking of IT equipment Copper and fiber-optic cabling Hardware implementation and configuration Desktop and network troubleshooting Operating system installation and upgrades Patch installation and management Hardware and software break/fix support Wi-Fi fundamentals Networking fundamentals including LAN and WAN Switch and router configuration Microsoft Office installation and administration General IT engineering and field support experience Business-level English and proficiency in the local language Availability for on-call ticket-based dispatch support on a 16/7 schedule including Monday through Saturday and out-of-business-hours P1/P2/P3 incidents Ability to work at the Auckland site location Successful completion of customer background verification Commitment to remain engaged for at least six months after background verification initiation Willingness to complete mandatory monthly online training during site visits or remotely
