About the Role

As a trusted partner to leaders and team members you will play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life while supporting the day-to-day needs of our business. Working closely with our manufacturing and operations teams you will help foster a workplace culture that is safe engaged high-performing and aligned to our values.

What you will do:

• Implement APAC policies and processes championing best practice and supporting a high-performance culture across the business.

• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities across our New Zealand operations delivering a positive candidate and team member experience.

• Support performance development and capability-building initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.

• Partner with leaders to strengthen team member engagement build capability and support effective people management practices.

• Support Health & Safety programs and risk management processes promoting a strong safety-first culture across all locations.

• Deliver reporting and insights across recruitment Health & Safety and people metrics to support informed decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation Health & Safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications :

About You

You are a proactive and relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders influencing positive outcomes and making a genuine difference to the team member experience.

You will bring:

• 5 years experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist role.

• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Employment Relations legislation and workplace practices.

• Experience supporting operational manufacturing logistics FMCG food production or similar environments.

• Confidence working with frontline teams people leaders and senior stakeholders.

• Excellent coaching communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience facilitating training workshops and development programs.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Employment Relations Business or a related discipline.
