HRIS & Data Analyst

Your day-to-day could include:

• Coordinate New Zealand requirements system changes releases enhancements and issue resolution with the global Workday team.

• Administer Workday business processes system dependencies security access roles and permissions in line with security and privacy requirements.

• Maintain the accuracy completeness and integrity of employee and organisational data through dashboards controls audits and reconciliations.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports translating business questions into clear analysis of workforce trends risks and opportunities.

• Identify and implement system and process improvements including automation and self-service capability while providing practical guidance to stakeholders.

• A tertiary qualification in a related discipline with an Information Systems degree desirable.

• At least5years of relevant HR experience including at least2years of systems analysis experience.

• A working understanding of Workday functionality and strong capability in report building system integration and data analysis.

• High proficiency in Power BI Microsoft platforms and Workday together with experience maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
