The role

As Housing Property Coordinatoryoullsupport the smooth day to day coordination of our housing property portfolio including tenant communications maintenance tracking inspection coordination contractorfollow-upand compliance closely with the Housing Property Manager helping ensure property information isaccurateand nothing falls through the cracks.

Whatyoullbring

• Experience in property administration tenancycoordinationor facilities coordination
• Strong administrationcoordinationand follow-up skills
• Confidence using Microsoft OfficeSharePointor
• Good understanding of tenancymaintenanceand compliance requirements
• Understanding ofkaupapaMāori and whānau-centred practice
• A current full NZ Driver Licence
