High Voltage Electrician

Location: Wellington (preferred) Manawatū Hawkes Bay

Ventia is seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrician to join our Energy Networks & Renewables team supporting a strong pipeline of work across the lower North Island. Whether your HV experience comes from substations industrial facilities or power network infrastructure wed like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a High Voltage Electrician with Ventia youll play a key role in delivering maintenance testing installation and fault response services across high-voltage electrical assets. Working across a variety of client sites youll be involved in planned maintenance inspections switching operations equipment upgrades and project work that helps ensure the safe and reliable operation of critical power infrastructure.

Youll join a skilled and supportive team with a strong focus on safety quality and customer service. This role offers a mix of hands-on technical work and problem-solving providing opportunities to apply and further develop your HV expertise while working on a diverse range of assets and projects.
