Looking for a role with real variety proper responsibility and room to keep growing As an IT Project Manager youll lead a mix of strategic technology and change projects that help keep Fulton Hogan moving forward. From infrastructure and applications through to business transformation no two projects will feel quite the same.

This role suits someone who likes to get stuck in bring people together and turn plans into action. Youll be trusted to lead with confidence work closely with stakeholders and deliver Good Work with a team thats supportive and switched on when it matters.

  • Lead the delivery of strategic Group IT projects across the full project lifecycle from planning through to closure.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects covering technology infrastructure applications and business change.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders vendors and project teams to keep delivery on track and outcomes clear.
  • Oversee project scope budgets schedules risks issues governance and reporting.
  • Support change adoption and continuous improvement across delivery practices and the wider PMO.

  • At least 6 years industry experience including delivering technical and major change IT projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within scope schedule budget and quality expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder vendor and team engagement skills with the confidence to lead conversations and keep people aligned.
  • Experience working across both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments in a large enterprise setting.
  • A proactive calm delivery-focused style with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and doing the right thing.
