• Lead the day-to-day management of end user software and cellular services across the business.
• Work with leaders and vendors to shape deliver and improve software and mobile service plans.
• Manage renewals provisioning cancellations and reporting so people get what they need without unnecessary cost.
• Spot opportunities to simplify consolidate and improve systems services and processes.
• Support field-based teams with practical reliable solutions that keep them connected and moving.

• Experience in IT administration software asset management licensing telecommunications or a similar role.
