General Cosmetics Counter Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Cosmetics Counter Manager to lead our team across the General Cosmetics Department here at Ballantynes.

Your passion for style and beauty along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic. You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetics products while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service while embracing the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.

You will be adaptable you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked. 

Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Cosmetic retail experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Reliable confident and passionate about beauty
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care

Additional Information :

This position is working Tuesday to Saturday 36.75 hours per week.
