Finance Business Partner – Development Finance

As our Finance Business Partner - Development Finance youll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of development and construction projects providing financial insight commercial guidance and strategic decision support that helps drive successful investment outcomes.

Working closely with Development and Construction leaders youll act as a trusted advisor helping shape business decisions and supporting the financial performance of significant capital projects. Youll lead budgeting forecasting and performance reporting develop financial models and business cases provide commercial insights and recommendations and contribute to investment decisions and project governance. Youll also identify risks and opportunities drive continuous improvement and help strengthen financial discipline across projects.

This is a true business partnering opportunity where youll move beyond traditional reporting to provide commercial challenge influence key decisions and contribute to major investment outcomes.

Qualifications :

About You

Youre a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys building relationships influencing stakeholders and helping the business make better decisions. You bring a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

• CA ANZ or CPA qualified or working towards completion.
• Experience in management accounting commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• Exposure to construction property infrastructure development or other project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across operational and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to provide constructive challenge and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
