Were looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant tosupport our Chief Executive and enable them to operate at their best and focuson what is most important.

As a trusted partner youll be at the heart of theorganisation providing proactive support managing competing prioritiesfacilitating key relationships and helping the Chief Executive focus on thestrategic leadership of the Authority.

Youll work with a wide range of internal and externalstakeholders across government the electricity sector and the widerorganisation. No two days will be the same and youll thrive on bringingorder foresight and sound judgement to a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing a complex and dynamic diary inbox meeting schedule and travel arrangements.
  • Building trusted relationships and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipating emerging priorities identifying issues early and ensuring the Chief Executive is well prepared and appropriately briefed.
  • Coordinating meetings events and organisational activities to support effective decision-making.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support with exceptional attention to detail professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience as a senior level Executive Assistant ideally in a complex organisation (within government a regulatory environment or in a commercial organisation).
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the confidence to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Demonstratedability to exercise sound judgement and manage confidential information withdiscretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of others prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 particularly Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
