About the Role

As an Allpress Technician you will be responsible for installing servicing and maintaining our customers espresso equipment for our customers across New Zealand. We exclusively work with La Marzocco machines so experience with these machineries would be highly advantageous.

This role is about much more than technical expertise. Building trusted relationships with our customers is a key part of the job. whether youre talking coffee checking in on equipment performance or simply having a chat about the weekend youll be someone our customers enjoy working with and rely on for support.

You will spend a significant amount of time travelling independently so youll need to be adaptable confident working autonomously and comfortable solving problems on the go.

This role involves regular travel throughout New Zealand primarily within the South Island as well as participation in a shared roster for scheduled weekend work and on-call support.

About You

Ideally youll have experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment. However were also open to training the right person. You may be a barista with a strong technical mindset someone who enjoys working with tools or someone who simply loves understanding how things work and solving problems. Wed love to find someone based in Queenstown but were equally keen to connect with candidates from across the wider Central Otago region.

• A full New Zealand drivers licence
• An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification (preferred but not essential)
