About the Role
Were looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our newly formed and talented Business Analyst team.
This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with Finance Operations Sales and IT teams to bridge business processes with D365 F&O capability as well as working on other Business Systems as needed. Youll play a key role in optimising and enhancing the platform to drive measurable outcomes across billing revenue and financial operations.
In this role you will:
- Act as a subject matter expert across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve finance and commercial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Support testing adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
What youll bring:
- 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
- Strong experience across Finance Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- Proven experience delivering platform enhancements and business improvements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering documentation and UAT coordination
- A proactive solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
