Purpose

Lead development and delivery of Synapse APIs ensuring architecture engineering quality scalability security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of API services.

• Lead development squads and technical decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards security controls and engineering practices.

• Drive solution review code review and design governance.

• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

• Oversee production readiness and deployment approvals.

• Collaborate with Architecture DevOps Security and Testing teams.

• Manage technical risks and dependencies.

• Support critical production incidents and major releases.

• .NET 8 / C#

• Kong Gateway/Kong Mesh

• GitHub Enterprise

• CI/CD pipelines

• Secure API design

• Observability and production monitoring

Experience

• 10 years software engineering

• 5 years leading engineering teams

• Experience managing enterprise API platforms
