Duty Manager

Little Creatures Hobsonville is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to help lead our taproom team. Its a hands-on role where youll run great shifts support and develop the crew and make sure every guest gets the warm sociable Little Creatures experience were known for.

Since opening in 2019 our Hobsonville taproom has become a much-loved local spot. Youll get the personality and close-knit feel of a great hospitality venue backed by the development opportunities and benefits that come with being part of LION.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 30 hours per week with weekendavailability essential.

Reporting to the Venue Manager youll take the lead on shift and help keep our Front of House operation running smoothly. Youll:

• Lead the team on shift and create a great experience for our customers
• Manage efficient FOH set-up and close-down
• Make sure operating procedures are followed day to day
• Help maintain a safe working environment
• Bring the Little Creatures experience to life for our customers
• Help take our cocktail menu to the next level

What youll bring:

• A current GM Certificate
• Cocktail wine and spirits knowledge
• Knowledge of hospitality operations
• Experience supervising motivating and developing a team
• The ability to deliver a consistent product and customer experience in a high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work across days evenings and weekends
