Director of Sales

• Lead the pre-opening sales strategy and establish Pullman Hamiltons position within the local and national market.
• Drive revenue across corporate MICE groups events and key leisure segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders.
• Lead sales planning account management and business development activity.
• Partner with Revenue and Marketing to maximise conversion market share and commercial performance.
• Monitor sales performance market trends and pipeline activity to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Proven senior sales experience within hotels hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience across corporate MICE and group segments.
• Excellent relationship-building negotiation and business development skills.
• Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Pre-opening or premium hotel experience highly regarded.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.
