About the Job
* Manage end-to-end customs clearance ensuring NZ Customs and MPI compliance
* Prepare and sign accurate declarations (classification valuation duties)
* Provide expert advice to customers and internal teams on customs requirements
* Liaise with border agencies to ensure timely shipment clearance
* Resolve clearance issues and maintain accurate documentation
* Support compliance activities and drive continuous improvement
About You
* NZ Customs PIN certified with solid knowledge of NZ regulations
* 5 years experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding
* Strong expertise in classification valuation and duty optimisation
* High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
* Strong communication skills and customer focus
* Able to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
