At Halter we are building the future of agriculture and that requires a world-class financial engine. We are looking for a Credit Control Manager who is a master of balance: someone who can protect our cash flow while maintaining the incredible relationships weve built with our farmers and ranchers.

This isnt a sit behind a spreadsheet role. We need a proactive communicator who isnt afraid to pick up the phone have a real conversation and find solutions that keep Halter charging forward. Youll be the heartbeat of our cash inflows ensuring our ledger is pristine and our collection processes are world-class.

• The Relationship Builder (Debt Collection) - Youll proactively manage overdue payments via phone and email. You arent just chasing debtyoure checking in with our farmers and ranchers resolving hurdles and ensuring the partnership stays strong. Youll have a direct impact on keeping our cash flow healthy and predictable.

• Risk Architect (Credit Management) - Youll be the gatekeeper of our growth. Youll evaluate new credit requests set smart limits and monitor credit ratings to ensure we are scaling safely across different global markets.

• Ledger Perfectionist - Youll keep the engine room tidyprocessing invoices allocating receipts with precision and reconciling accounts so our data is always source-of-truth ready.

• Dispute Detective - When an invoice doesnt get paid youre on the case. Youll investigate discrepancies resolve queries and bridge the gap between our customers and our internal teams to get things back on track.

• Strategic Forecaster - Youll provide the weather report for our cash. By preparing aged debtor reports and forecasting expected inflows youll give senior management the visibility they need to make big moves.

• The Negotiator - Sometimes things dont go to plan. Youll use your empathy and commercial savvy to establish payment plans that support our farmers and ranchers through their seasonal cycles while protecting Halters interests.

• The People Person: You actually enjoy picking up the phone. You can be firm when necessary but you always lead with empathy and a Halter-first attitude.

• The Solution Finder: You dont just see a late payment; you see a puzzle to solve. Youre a natural negotiator who finds the win-win for both the business and the customer.
