Your Role with Us

As a Corporate Solutions Coordinator you play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for AIAs Corporate Solutions group schemes. Acting as the key operational contact for advisers you build trusted relationships across a network of advisers third-party administrators Business Development Managers and internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

This role combines coordination problem-solving and stakeholder engagement allowing you to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations while supporting AIAs purpose of helping people live Healthier Longer Better Lives. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives developing your knowledge and capabilities while helping enhance processes products and customer outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Manage and administer Corporate Solutions group schemes to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

  • Build strong relationships with advisers third-party administrators and internal teams to support effective service delivery.

  • Monitor account activity and proactively address operational needs to maintain quality accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve timely and positive outcomes.

  • Drive service excellence by identifying opportunities to improve processes products and ways of working.

  • Support customer experience and operational efficiency initiatives that strengthen business performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Capabilities
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail enabling you to manage multiple tasks accurately and effectively.

  • You bring excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills building positive relationships across a diverse range of people and teams.

  • You have the ability to work independently take ownership of outcomes and make sound decisions within established processes.

  • You bring a proactive and adaptable mindset identifying opportunities to solve problems and improve ways of working.

  • You have confidence using technology and business systems to manage information track activity and support operational delivery.

  • You may also have experience in the insurance industry or exposure to financial services group schemes or customer-focused administration environments.
