The role

As Contracts & Funding Coordinatoryoullsupport the full contract and funding lifecycle from tracking funding opportunities and coordinating proposals through to contract monitoring funderreportingand audit closely with the Head of Strategic RelationshipsFinanceand programmeleads andtake ownership of as our central tool for contract tracking and reporting visibility.

This role suits someone who enjoys turning scattered information into clear reliable systems and who takes genuine pride in keeping deadlines and obligations on track.

Whatyoullbring

• Experience in contracts administration funding coordination grants management or compliance reporting
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple contracts and deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly confident capability using or similar systems
• Understanding oftereoMāori meōnatikanga andkaupapaMāori values would be an advantage
• A current full NZ Driver Licence
