As our Water Contract Administrator based in Tauranga youll provide administration and contract support to help our Tauranga/Western Bay 3 Waters team deliver quality outcomes for our clients and communities.
Working closely with operational teams youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the contract. This includes processing claims and invoicing managing purchase orders and payments maintaining contract documentation and registers processing timesheets and plant entries and ensuring costs are accurately allocated within our systems.
Youll assist with month-end activities including accruals work-in-progress reporting invoicing claims management and financial reconciliation. Youll also support reporting requirements through internal systems and Power BI maintain project databases coordinate training records and provide general administration support to team members.
This role requires someone who enjoys working across a variety of tasks has strong attention to detail and can manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Youll be an important link between operational staff suppliers subcontractors clients and internal stakeholders helping ensure information is up to date and processes run smoothly.

You may bring:
- Previous administration contract administration project support or office coordination experience
- Experience processing invoices purchase orders claims timesheets and financial documentation
- Strong data entry and database management skills
- Experience working with business systems such as JDE Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
