The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance System Specialist to join our team supporting our Telco operations. Based in Auckland this role plays a critical part in ensuring workforce compliance across internal client and legislative requirements.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising compliance and competency systems maintaining accurate workforce data and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for technicians and subcontractors. Working closely with operational teams you will drive continuous improvement enhance reporting capability and help ensure a safe and compliant workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems data and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes in a fast paced operational environment.

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in compliance competency or workforce systems administration within utilities telecommunications or a similar industry
  • Strong system management capability with experience maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data validation pivot tables and reporting automation with Power BI experience highly regarded
  • Experience managing onboarding and compliance documentation for subcontractors or field based workforces
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse processes identify gaps and implement improvements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners
