We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Compliance Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Hastings.

Qualifications :
About you
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration and/or logistics.
- Proven experience in a health and safety advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Proven leadership people management and team working skills.
- Moderate experience within the transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries is desirable.
- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to deal at all organisational levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Reasonably developed mechanical aptitude desirable.
- Current New Zealand drivers licence.
To succeed at your disposal you will have your direct report support team and wider operational team that includes office administration supervisors and a mix of company and contracted this role you will also be part of the regional leadership team and a strong corporate business that is recognised as one of the industry leaders.
