About the Role

If youre someone who enjoys a challenge and has experience (professional or lived) supporting people with complex needs wed love to hear from you.

The Permi-Flex position would be an excellent fit for someone who loves variety in their work week. With 40 hours per week guaranteed you will work a variety of day evening weekend awake night and sleepover shifts across our Nelson services; plus you will be paid $31.97 per hour.

In this role you will:

• Support peopleas they set and achieve personal goals
• Encourage participation in daily life and community activities
• Provide practical assistance with routines well-being and skill-building
• Model positive behaviours and foster confidence resilience and hope
• Keep clear accurate documentation to support progress
• And most importantly ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!

You must be available to work a variety ofdayevening awake night and weekend shifts.

What youll bring

Our Nelson team is looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and calm approach in challenging situations
• A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed
• A full drivers licence and basic computer skills
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3Health & Wellbeing) or willingness to work toward one once youre on board
• The right to work in New Zealand (essential)
