Job Summary

He aha te tūranga - About the role: 

To provide specialist efficient administrative and coordination for the Commissioning 
team activities to ensure a smooth delivery of information and management of contract 
collateral to support the General Manager Ambulance Commissioning.

Acting as a key point of contact to assist communication and cooperation between 
the Commissioning team internal stakeholders and external Purchaser operational 
contacts

  • Build and maintain credible relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with the preparation of high-priority documentation contract variations and business cases ensuring accuracy completeness.
  • Develop and maintain the negotiation supporting evidence library ensuring documentation is current auditable and retrievable to support Hato Hones position during contract negotiations or re-negotiations.
  • Maintain processes and artefacts and coordinate commissioning workstreams to enable HHStJ to prepare for variations to the current contract and for future negotiations.
  • Support key initiatives by tracking milestones actions risks and dependencies and preparing accurate reporting on these for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

Ko wai koe - About you:

  • Tertiary qualification (in Business Management or Information Technology) would 
    be advantageous.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable) or equivalent demonstrated practical 
    experience in working in a project team would be advantageous.
  • Collaborative working style yet be able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to take ownership accountability and responsibility for the role.
  • Ability to work in a high paced and changing environment.
  • An ambition and willingness to work and develop professionally; self-motivated.
