Clinical Support Administrator

Job Summary
Our Auckland CBD branch is looking for a Clinical Support Administrator to join the team on a fixed-term maternity cover from October 2026 to April 2027 working part-time hours.
The key purpose of the role is to assist with the administration of clinical processes which underpin the counselling and support services provided by EAP Services to our clients (employers).

Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with and advising on clinical policies and processes in accordance with EAP & Occupational Health best practice includingsupporting clinical and support staff in need of assistance with at-risk clients when required
- Administrative duties including information requests critical incident reports processing additional session requests Ethics & Compliance reporting and client handover
- Induction and clinical onboarding of contractors and supporting the induction of new employed staff
- Accurate processing of completed Nursing assessments within 24 hours of completion and management of any follow-up required as a result of the assessments completed
- Capturing all required information accurately to facilitate clinical reporting requirements including Pre-employment Reports Annual Monitoring Reports Client Reports and Referrals Well Health Reports Customer Activity Reports and Ad-hoc Reports

The ideal candidate:
- A graduate psychologist is preferable for this role
- Ideally would be familiar with on referral processes to DHBs and other relevant services
- Sound clinical skills and an understanding of a range of evidence based therapeutic models
- Strong Administration skills with attention to detail
