Claims Specialist, Commercial Motor

• Due to internal development within the Claims business unit we are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist with experience with managing end to end claims

Your new role

• Own endtoend Commercial Motor Claims from coverage review to settlement
• Make smart decisions on coverage reserves and payments within QBE frameworks
• Partner closely with brokers customers and suppliers to keep claims moving
• Tackle complex nonstandard or sensitive claims with confidence and care
• Build strong commercial motor knowledge across policies processes and compliance
• Learn contribute and grow within a collaborative highperforming claims team

About you

• Experience within Motor Claims and nice to have end to end commercial claims experience
• Confidence with managing Broker relationships
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritise keeping customers at the forefront.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared outcomes
