Care Centre Manager

Were on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Care Centre Manager to lead our team. Youll play a critical role in building a high-performing team of Nurses and Caregivers and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care were known for.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8am 4.30pm with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.

What youll be doing:

Reporting to the Village Manager youll be responsible for the care centres daily operations and strategic leadership including:

• Full accountability for staffing budgeting and compliance
• Leading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment development and recognition
• Building meaningful relationships with residents their families and stakeholders and being their trusted point of contact especially in sensitive situations
• Supporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all times
• Managing audits policy implementation and working with NASC Te Whatu Ora and other key external agencies

Qualifications :

Youll bring experience in a clinical environment with a deep understanding of the aged care sector and Te Whatu Ora standards. Youll be an experienced registered nurse and manager with solid aged care experience in New Zealand ready for a new challenge youll be passionate about leading people driving quality outcomes and making a real difference.

Youre someone who leads with empathy builds trust and can bring out the best in others. Youre confident balancing people leadership with operational management and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
