Working closely with the team you will support and enhance our business intelligence and reporting capabilities while helping internal stakeholders gain valuable insights from data to improve decision-making and client outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis Reporting Business Intelligence Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Exposure to reporting analytics or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of databases and SQL or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interest in technology data and continuous improvement.
The Value Youll add:
- Support the administration maintenance and optimisation of business systems databases and user access processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and enhance the Colliers360 Business Intelligence platform.
- Prepare analyse and validate data to meet reporting and business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide user support training and guidance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
