WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Crafting consistently exceptional coffee tea and specialty beverages. 
• Creating genuine connections and personalised experiences for every guest.
• Bringing the TRIBE spirit to life through authentic and engaging service. 
• Maintaining a clean organised and inviting coffee cart environment. 
• Supporting Grab & Go service with efficiency and attention to detail. 
• Sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee local products and seasonal offerings. 
• Contributing creative ideas for new drinks promotions and guest experiences. 
• Assisting with stock control food safety and day-to-day operations

Qualifications :

• Previous barista experience (6 months preferred). 
• Strong espresso-making and milk texturing skills. 
• A genuine passion for coffee hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• The ability to work independently and stay organised during busy periods. 
• A positive energetic and proactive attitude. 
• Comfort working outdoors in a coffee cart environment. 
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
