Associate Territory Manager Joint Replacement

Join Strykers Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures across Christchurch and the South Island region. Youll partner with experienced Territory Managers gain hands-on clinical and commercial experience and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high-performance healthcare environment.

• Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
• Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
• Build relationships with surgeons nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
• Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
• Prepare surgical cases instruments and implant logistics.
• Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Health Sciences Biomedical Science Physiotherapy Nursing Engineering Exercise Science Business or a related discipline.
• Valid New Zealand drivers licence (or the ability to obtain one).
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Christchurch and the South Island region.
• Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare medical devices clinical support pharmaceuticals sales engineering or a customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.
• Experience coordinating equipment inventory logistics or project-based activities.
• Exposure to orthopaedics surgery rehabilitation sports medicine or implantable medical devices.
