Apprentice Chef

As an Apprentice Chef you will learn to:

• Prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast lunch dinner events buffets and room service.
• Maintain excellent food safety hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Assist with food preparation and mise en place to support smooth service.
• Manage stock effectively and help minimise food waste.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean safe and service-ready.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will be

• Passionate about cooking and delivering quality food
• Willing to learn develop new skills and grow your career within the business
• Flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends evenings and public holidays
• Strongly committed to food safety hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Good with time management possessing the ability to perform in a fact-paced environment
• Equipped with a positive attitude strong teamwork skills and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
