We areon the lookout forsomeone who isproactive and people-focused to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of ourTaupōoffice.
This is no ordinary admin roleitisdynamicvaried andessential to keeping our multi-disciplinary team running smoothly.
Your responsibilities willincludeadministrationreception support managing our vehicle fleet building maintenance coordinating events/meetings health and safety onboarding new team members.
You willbe supporting a passionate group of professionals includingdietitians social workers specialist nurses exercise consultantspharmacistsand primary mental health clinicians.
This is a permanentpart-timerole working32hours per week.

He kōreromōu: About you
- ITsavvy familiar with the Microsoft Office suiteand confident picking up new systems.
- Previousadministrative and/or customer service experience beneficial.
- Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
- Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
- Strong communicationandwrittenskills.
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
- Proactive in looking for ways to improvesystems/processes.
- Ability tomaintaina high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- High levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competency setting up and using video conferencing such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Adaptableflexibleandsolutions focused.
- Hold a current full drivers licence.
