Accounts Payable Administrator (Fixed Term 6 Months)

Were looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator to join our busy Finance team on a six-month fixed-term contract. 

This hands-on role will see you personally processing high volumes of invoices and credit notes typically around 1000 invoices per month completing reconciliations resolving queries and supporting the team to meet processing deadlines. Youll be confident working accurately at pace managing competing priorities and navigating system issues during a busy period. 

Youll need to be available for an immediate start and able to work from our office five days per week. Work-from-home options are available subject to individual performance and the ability to consistently meet the requirements of the role.

Qualifications :

Youre an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is comfortable working at pace and managing high volumes without compromising accuracy. You take a practical approach to manual processes and system challenges and communicate confidently with suppliers and internal teams. 

Youll bring: 

• At least two to three years Accounts Payable experience 
• Proven experience processing around 1000 invoices per month 
• Strong accuracy attention to detail and reconciliation skills 
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment 
• Clear and professional communication skills 
• Experience with TechnologyOne or a similar finance system would be advantageous
