About the role
This role provides strategic andoperational leadership for Primary ITOs customer services enrolments andTraining Management System (TMS) functions.
The role is accountable for aneffective customer experience accurate and timely enrolment and academicadministration the integrity of learner and programme records and systems andprocesses that meet organisational TEC NZQA and other relevant requirements.
You would also set and lead theoperating strategy and service model manage performance and capacity and workacross the organisation to translate business and regulatory needs intopractical systems controls and improvements.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develops and delivers the strategy operating modeland annual priorities for customer services enrolments and the TraineeManagement System (TMS) function.
- Owning theend-to-end customer service and enrolment model ensuring timely consistentand positive experiences for learners employers providers and internalcustomers. Also ensuring enrolment processes and decisions comply withorganisational policy and relevant TEC NZQA funding and requirements.
- Ensuring programme and learner data master datainterfaces forms system controls and supporting evidence are accuratesecure current and fit for purpose.
- Establishing a proportionate operational assuranceframework including routine monitoring sampling exception reporting andcorrective action.
This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours Monday to Friday) wth a flexible location within New Zealand.
About You:
Ideally we are looking for someone with:
- Extensiverelevant experience within the tertiary education sector including strongunderstanding of TEC and NZQA requirements relating to student enrolmentsrecords management and compliance.
- Strongplanning organisational coordination and implementation skills.
- Highlydeveloped relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstratedexperience successfully leading and managing an operational delivery team.
- Soundtechnical knowledge and practical experience using Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) systems.
- Provenability to analyse and interpret information prepare complex correspondenceand produce comprehensive reports with a strong solutions-focused approachwith the ability to identify opportunities resolve issues and achievepositive outcomes.
- Intermediateto advanced computer literacy including strong proficiency in Microsoft WordExcel and PowerPoint.
