Job Summary

As a Workplace IT Support Engineer you will:
  • Provide L1/L2 onsite IT support for workplace incidents in enterprise environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Manage and support enterprise printing services and related incidents.
  • Perform LAN/Wi-Fi proximity interventions and troubleshoot network-related workplace issues.
  • Support hardware deployments installations configurations and replacements.
  • Manage IT assets and update asset records through ServiceNow.
  • Handle incidents service requests and operational tasks using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure workplace IT operations comply with security and operational protocols.
  • Participate in governance reviews and support compliance-related activities.
  • Deliver responsive customer support particularly during high-pressure incidents.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6 years of experience in enterprise IT support or workplace IT services.
  • Strong hands-on experience providing onsite L1/L2 IT support.
  • Proven experience supporting LAN and Wi-Fi environments.
  • Good understanding of enterprise printing services and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience using ServiceNow for incident and service request management.
  • Experience supporting hardware deployment configuration and replacement activities.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Understanding of IT security compliance and operational procedures.
  • Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of workplace technology and Microsoft endpoint environments.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Diagnose and resolve workplace IT incidents efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot LAN Wi-Fi printing and endpoint-related issues.
  • Provide effective L1/L2 technical support in onsite environments.
  • Prioritize and manage incidents based on business impact and urgency.
  • Use ServiceNow effectively for incident tracking documentation and resolution.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.
  • Follow security compliance and operational procedures consistently.
  • Support hardware rollouts and manage associated IT assets accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve repetitive IT support processes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure security and workplace technology teams.
