Working student Learning & Development

As a Working Student Learning & Development you will together with the Learning & Development team help deliver futureproof learning curricula and interventions.

• Coordinate the administrative registration of training courses in the Learning Management System in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India)
• Manage participant registrations and cancellations in coordination with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India)
• Handle communications related to invitations evaluations and intranet content management
• Respond to secondline learning queries from participants
• Contribute to one or more internal learning projects (for example in learning technology innovation or quality assurance)

Qualifications :

You can act as a learning ambassador for your internal stakeholders. You are a team player an effective communicator and work in a structured way. For this role you are:

• Enrolled in higher education (HBO/WO) preferably in Educational Science Business Administration Learning Human Resource Management or Training & Development
• Excellent in Dutch and English and proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Available 2432 hours per week: if 24 hours available for at least 2 full days; if 32 hours available for at least 3 full days. Start date: from 1 September 2026
• Location: flexible across our Amsterdam Rotterdam and Utrecht offices; remote work possible by arrangement
