Warehouse Operator

• Prepare and supply raw materials to production departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Weigh and batch raw materials according to production orders and operational procedures.
• Collect and organize ingredients required for manufacturing processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Process internal orders sample requests and material re-inspections.
• Perform warehouse transactions and order processing using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning technology.
• Execute inventory checks and inventory adjustments within SAP.
• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently while handling materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality safety and housekeeping throughout daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across shifts to support operational continuity.

• Experience working in a warehouse logistics manufacturing or production environment.
• Good command of both Dutch and English written and spoken.
• Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain/renew certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to work with RF scanners and SAP.
• Reliable flexible and comfortable working in a three-shift operation.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Physically able to perform warehouse-related activities.

• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
• Previous experience in a raw material handling food flavor fragrance or manufacturing environment.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus.

• One-year contract with the intention of offering a permanent position.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a two-shift schedule with a 145% shift allowance.
• Travel allowance of 0.23 per kilometer.
