RMB is the dedicated brand of the BBL Group providing VAT services and tax representation and supporting international companies in navigating complex European VAT regulations.

We currently serve the Dutch market from France but due to continued growth its time to establish a Dutch entity. This will allow us to expand our services and serve our clients even better. To support this exciting development we are looking for a motivated and dynamic VAT Account Manager to join our VAT LOVERS team.

Your tasks

As Account Manager management of a foreign portfolio customers and you are responsible for :

Preparing drawing up and submitting VAT returns in the Netherlands

Preparing drafting and submitting Intrastat declarations in the Netherlands

Preparing drafting and submitting ICP declarations in the Netherlands

Preparing drafting and submitting AVT and Intrastat declarations in some other EU member States

Providing administrative and tax support to our clients

Following up correspondence with tax authorities

What we look for

Experience : A first successful work experience is required

Basic knowledge of taxation and/or accounting

Proficient with Excel

Dutch speaking

Good command of English both oral and written

Independent

Accurate

Team player

Employment terms

Position based in Barendrecht Netherlands

The trial period is followed by a contract for an indefinite period

A full-time work week is 38h45

24 vacation days

VAT registration and fiscal representation in all EU countries Norway Switzerland and the United Kingdom

Preparation and filing of VAT returns in these countries

Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations

Assistance On customers when preparing accounting statements documents that meet to tax requirements

Preparation and submission of tax returns eco -contributions and specific product levies (alcohol petroleum products consumer goods etc.)

Preparation and filing of CBAM declarations in all EU countries

The level of specialization in our activities is high therefore internal training is organized upon arrival and regularly thereafter to develop and maintain expertise
